Crystal Cap Cleaners automatic air cap and shroud cleaning system provide effective cleaning and drying within a compact vessel using less fluid, with minimum maintenance.

The compact vessel is made from stainless steel (316), making it robust within the paint booth environment. The base frame allows for it to be mounted almost anywhere in the booth.

The cleaning system is controlled by a check valve assembly, consisting of a solvent, and air connection making for quick and easy installation.

Crystal Cap Cleaners patented impeller (one moving part) is driven by air and fluid pressure (4 to 5 Bar) creating 4000 rpm. The vessel is self-cleaning during its operation.
